Summary:
The Project Manager for Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) will play a critical role in ensuring that safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible business practices are developed, implemented, and maintained. This role will lead initiatives within the EHS teams across Alaska and the lower 48 states, as well as work cross-functionally with other key stakeholders.

Plans, implements, and manages environmental health and safety (EHS) projects to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.Conducts risk assessments, audits, and inspections to identify and mitigate potential gaps in EHS programs and initiatives.Develops and enforces safety policies, procedures, and training programs for employees and contractors.Coordinates with regulatory agencies to ensure adherence to local, state, and federal environmental and safety laws.Supports incident investigations, root cause analyses, and the implementation of corrective actions.Supports hazardous materials, waste disposal, and environmental impact reduction initiatives.Leads operational projects to ensure alignment with EHS objectives.Develops and monitors project timelines, budgets, and deliverables related to EHS compliance and improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and human resources, to integrate EHS practices into business operations.Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for EHS programs and regulatory submissions.This is a salaried exempt position with an annualized salary range of $90k to $130k.
