Key Responsibilities
Facilitate and follow-up on actions from various functions and departments in EHS improvement activities, rectifications works, accident/incident investigations, and customer’s Permit-To-Work systems and local regulations.Perform EHS inspections of company operations to ensure compliance and drive continuous EHS improvements.Identify and implement periodic EHS performance monitoring and measurements through proactive and reactive methods, such as noise mapping, trade effluent, industrial hygiene, and air emission monitoring.Lead and effectively complete EHS improvement activities based on Corporate EHS and site leadership directions.Maintain EHS documentation required under the EHS management system, including accident/incident records, chemical inventories, licenses, permits, and MSDS.Ensure that systems and procedures within the department are closely in compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 standards.Develop and maintain a country EHS committee in partnership with all collaborators, encouraging an environment of inclusion and collaboration.Provide necessary EHS resources and knowledge to site employees through required safety training.Conduct monthly Service Safety Meetings and quarterly EHS committee meetings.Handle PPE distribution for Field Service Engineers.Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Engineering, preferably in an environmental, health sciences, industrial hygiene, or chemical regulatory field.Experience and Certifications
8+ years of EHS related work experienceCertified Company Safety Manager.Internal Auditing certification.
