Job Description General Responsibilities:  Safety and Health Control: Oversee safety and health for all plant aspects, ensuring compliance with OSHA and state regulations.  Policy Implementation: Plan, organize, and implement safety policies, programs, and procedures.  Compliance Monitoring: Ensure site practices meet health and safety requirements, taking corrective actions as needed. Essential Job Functions:  Loss Control: Assist in accident prevention and compliance with safety objectives.  Regulatory Compliance: Act as liaison with governmental agencies and ensure compliance with safety and environmental laws.  Policy Development: Create and manage safety policies to reduce injuries and illnesses.  Audits and Investigations: Conduct safety audits, accident investigations, and risk assessments.  Training: Develop and deliver safety training for team members and contractors.
