Department OverviewEHS - Environment, Health & Safety
Job DescriptionProvides technical expertise and guidance for safety, health and environmental programs and services.Evaluates and monitors company practices to ensure compliance with all environmental, health and safety governmental regulations.Advises management on ways to enhance employee safety while still maximizing productivity.Develops workplace safety programs that result in worker’s compensation and insurance premium savings.Develops environmental, health and safety programs that result in cost savings and reduction in the company’s environmental footprint and potential environmental legal liabilities.Support other Asian countries in regards to: Health+Safety risk assessments, accident analysis, first aid + fire warden trainings, SHO committees, trainings etc.

Basic RequirementsEnglish and Vietnamese languages in both written and spoken.Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Hygiene or Social Science related field.Relevant certification or degree in Health and Safety or related field.Occupational Health and NEBOSH certification.Experience in conducting risk assessments and implementing safety procedures.Strong knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations.Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team
