Job purpose:
We have an opportunity for a results-focused and driven eHW Technician to join our team-oriented environment in our MPEC Technical Center location in San Luis Potosi. Successful candidates will have basic experience in Electronic and Mechanical hardware.
Looking for a recently graduated Engineer who can read and follow assembly drawings and wiring diagrams correctly, PCBA knowledge and execution is required. Also, will be a Failure Analysis focused Individual in both Electrical and Mechanical Development.
Key responsibilities:
Read, interpret, and follow prints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately assemble equipment and products. Understanding of both power and hand tools is required throughout the entire assembly and testing process.Testing of products during several stages of the development process to ensure that our products function properly and are free of any defects. Maintain a clean and safe work area following the lab standards. Should be able to document actions and issues by completing production and quality forms. Perform multipoint safety and efficiency inspections. Technicians will use their expertise to perform test plans and determine if a product will comply with the customer requirements. Test technicians will inspect individual products and/or prototypes.What we’re looking for
Electromechanical bachelor’s degree or similar (recently graduated).Must be familiar with and follow all Lock Out Tag Out and Safety protocols and procedures 1+ years electrical / mechanical assembly experience preferred Basic reading and electrical plan interpretation. Must be able to follow directions.Strong verbal and written skills Must be able to communicate with all functional groups within organization Computer navigation and utilization skills with many software packages including Office 365Test technicians must be comfortable to work with High voltageMust have basic analog and digital signal circuit knowledgeSMD, heat gun and soldering iron techniques knowledge.
