工作职责

1、 负责新产品开发阶段电气装配工艺性评审（可靠性、可装配性，可制造性，可维护性评审）

2、 负责产品装配电气BOM搭建和电气部件装配工艺作业指导书，实施电气部件装配工艺纪律检查，确保操作者按电气装配工艺要求执行。

3、解决生产和制造过程中的电气部件的技术问题，提供装配和调试等生产服务，

3、 配合整机功能/性能调试及交付验收和出厂维护工作

4、 制订培训计划，定期组织对一线员工进行专业培训；

5、 完成领导交给的各项临时工作。

职位需求

1、全日制本科以上，机电一体、电气工程，机电一体化，自动化等相关专业，

2、具备一定的电气装配工艺知识和质量管理能力，有较好的电气装配技术文件编制能力，能熟练运用CAD制图和办公软件，

3、能根据组件的特性及装配指标要求制定合理的装调方案和检测方法，选用合适的装配工具、检测等

4、具备现场生产服务与处理突发问题的能力

5、沟通能力强，具备良好的团队协作意识

6、5年以上移动破碎机或工程机械行业电气装配工艺编制相关工作经验
