As the National Marketing Manager at Liebherr-Mining, your purpose is to drive the strategic marketing initiatives that position Liebherr as a leader in our sector. You will lead a dynamic team to develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand and product visibility, foster strong customer relationships, and support the company's growth objectives.
This role is crucial in ensuring that our marketing efforts align with our commitment to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction, ultimately contributing to the success and sustainability of Liebherr's operations.
Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Direction: Provide leadership and direction to enable the team to achieve its strategic and operational objectives. Relationship Management: Maintain robust relations between management, employees, and support functions. Team Capability Development: Maintain and develop team capability to support effective delivery of services to LAS-MIN. Continuous Improvement: Plan, implement, and monitor continuous improvement initiatives and processes for all team functions. Profit and Loss Responsibility: Oversee the profit and loss responsibility for all team activities, ensuring financial health and efficiency.
The ideal applicant will hold a Qualification / Bachelor Degree in Business Management OR relevant discipline
