As Program Manager for NETMA & Europe EJ200 programs you will operate in the context of services project directly reporting to the EJ200 MRO Advanced Program Manager.
You will be responsible for assuring the on-time service contract deliveries and monitoring the business in terms of profitability and customer satisfaction being the focal point for any problem that may arise and work together with all the stakeholders in order to find the best solution.Job DescriptionEssential Responsibilities
Ensure the execution of the International Logistic Support Contract including Support and MR&O Services for NETMA customer and Austria.
Responsible to project methodologies and standards including scheduling and control, meet customer requests and need according to financial/commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Create and execute an integrated plan to meet Company economics/financial and contractual targets within the allocated budget, including margin expansion initiatives.
Ensure the flow-down of Customer Demand to each function and liaise with the other functions (Engineering, Global Supply Chain, Quality, etc.) to hit Customer request while maximizing the Company targets for on time delivery and financials.
Deals with Eurojet Consortium, actively participating to the assigned working group reporting the status of deliveries and relevant KPI.
Actively identify program risks to support the Advanced Program Manager in keeping risk register updated.
Support the Commercial Team during all the phases of an offer, starting from the Customer's needs through the negotiations and until the hand-over at the Kick-Off meeting.
Support the preparation of program reviews with Customer, in accordance with the contractual and customer expectations.
Encourages and allows improvement of procedures and standard practices embracing a problem solving approach and a standard work culture.
Qualifications/Requirements
Engineering Master's degree from an accredited university or college (Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering preferred).
Relevant Experience in Business Military and/or Program Management.
Italian and English written and oral good knowledge.
Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required.
High Customer Oriented skills.
