Job Description
As a member of the Customer Project Coordinator Family, your role is to promptly responds to customer inquiries, feedback, and resolves customer issues with the goal of satisfying the customer and enhancing the opinion of the company, while still maintaining the company’s interest. This role provides assistance in promoting the safe and reliable use of energy, through planning and installation of either natural gas or electric service. This is completed through the complex electrical design and coordination of line and main extensions or rebuild of existing facilities in order to meet or exceed our customer’s expectations. There are several levels within the CPC job family, progression is based on performance, operational needs and scope complexity.
