Job Summary

We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Electric/Mechanical Foreman to lead and manage our electrical, mechanical, PLC, robotics, and manufacturing systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, exceptional leadership abilities, and a proven history of success in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead and oversee a team of skilled electricians, mechanics, PLC technicians, robotics technicians, and users of CMMS and Microsoft programs.Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, PLC, robotic, manufacturing equipment, and SAP/Microsoft program systems, including motors, controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, industrial robotics, PLC programming, CMMS/Microsoft program applications, and various manufacturing equipment.Plan, schedule, and manage maintenance and installation projects related to electrical, mechanical, PLC, robotics, and SAP/Microsoft systems.Diagnose and resolve complex issues within electrical, mechanical, PLC, robotic, and SAP/Microsoft program systems.Read and interpret diagrams and schematics.Ensure compliance with all OSHA regulations and safety protocols, while maintaining high standards of workmanship and quality control.Track and manage maintenance budgets.Implement and supervise a thorough preventive maintenance program for electrical, mechanical, PLC, robotics, and manufacturing equipment, and document activities in CMMS and Microsoft systems.Respond promptly and efficiently to equipment failures and emergencies.

Basic Qualifications

High School Diploma, or equivalent, along with 5 years of experience in robotic systems, PLC programming, CMMS/Microsoft program applications, and manufacturing equipment.Five years of experience supervising teams and managing projects.Valid electrician's license, OSHA certification, and other relevant certifications.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with motors, pumps, PLC controls, ESD and clean room procedures.Expertise with troubleshooting complex electrical and mechanical issues.Experience implementing and managing maintenance schedules.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Salary Range (as required): $37-$40 an hour
