Our client, a leading logistics company in Elizabeth, NJ, is looking for an Electric Pallet Jack Operator to join their team. This role involves operating electric pallet jacks to efficiently move goods within the warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory management and supporting loading and unloading operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate electric pallet jacks and other material handling equipment to transport goods within the warehouse.Ensure accurate placement and organization of inventory to maintain an orderly storage system.Assist with loading and unloading trucks and containers, ensuring safe handling of goods.Maintain precise records of inventory movements to support inventory control processes.Perform routine equipment checks to ensure safety and operational efficiency.Adhere to all safety protocols and warehouse procedures to maintain a safe working environment.Collaborate with team members to improve processes and resolve logistical challenges.Operate electric pallet jacks and other material handling equipment to transport goods within the warehouse.Ensure accurate placement and organization of inventory to maintain an orderly storage system.Assist with loading and unloading trucks and containers, ensuring safe handling of goods.Maintain precise records of inventory movements to support inventory control processes.Perform routine equipment checks to ensure safety and operational efficiency.Adhere to all safety protocols and warehouse procedures to maintain a safe working environment.Collaborate with team members to improve processes and resolve logistical challenges.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.Proficiency in operating electric pallet jacks and similar equipment.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Adaptability in a fast-paced environment and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

Pay & Schedule:

$16.00 – $17.75Monday – Friday, 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm, with potential overtime on some days.
