Hiring Experienced Electric Pallet Jack Operators (EPJ) Follow specific directions to perform shipping and receiving assignments that require basic understanding and use of standard distribution center procedures. Contract to hire opportunity after 90 days. Weekly schedule Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm. Mandatory overtime will be required based on business needs.

An electric pallet jack operator is responsible for safely operating an electric pallet jack to move, lift, and transport pallets of goods within a warehouse, including tasks like loading and unloading trucks, picking orders, stacking pallets, and ensuring proper inventory storage by following warehouse procedures and maintaining accurate product labels while adhering to safety regulations.    Key responsibilities: Operating an electric pallet jack: Safely maneuvering the pallet jack to lift, transport, and place pallets in designated warehouse locations.    Loading and unloading trucks: Moving pallets from incoming trucks to storage areas and vice versa, ensuring proper loading and securing of cargo.    Order picking: Selecting specific products from designated pallet locations to fulfill customer orders.    Pallet building: Stacking pallets with products in a stable manner, following proper stacking techniques.    Inventory management: Maintaining accurate inventory records by scanning products and verifying quantities.    Product labeling: Checking and verifying product labels for accuracy.    Pre-shift inspections: Performing daily safety checks on the electric pallet jack to ensure it is in proper working condition.    Compliance with safety regulations: Adhering to all warehouse safety protocols, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
