**Job title:** Electric Power Technical Representative
**Salary:** £44,980 - £56,000 per annum (depending on experience)
**Location:** Larne

**The opportunity**
We are looking for a Technical Representative to join our growing Electric Power Division. As the Electric Power Technical Representative, you will be responsible for assisting product problem resolution and developing dealership/distributor service capabilities within an assigned territory to maximise customer loyalty through appropriate and timely use of resources.
Your development and continual learning will be directed through experience and staying abreast of technology changes. Key learning comes from gaining experience, developing communication and people relationship skills, improving problem solving techniques, and developing leadership capabilities
**What you will do:**
+ Primary point of contact for all technical issues for electric power product within the assigned territory.
+ Support and development of our international Caterpillar dealers and MWM service partners.
+ Technical support of Diesel and Gas gensets.
+ Identify and analyze product problems and contribute to the CPI (Continuous
+ Product Improvement) and NPI (New Product Introduction) processes.
+ Development of assigned partners’ technical capabilities related to electric power products and applications
+ Administer company Goodwill settlements in an appropriate and timely manner

**Top candidates will also have:**
+ Successfully completed engineering studies
+ Knowledge of Caterpillar products, policies, and procedures.
**Additional information:**
+ This position may require 50% travel.
