The Engineering & Design Department (https://cse.wwu.edu/engd) has undergraduate programs in Electrical and Computer Engineering (with concentrations in Electronics, Energy, Wireless Networks and Signal Processing, and Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning), as well as, Manufacturing Engineering, Polymer Materials Engineering, and Industrial Design. The Department has 24 full-time faculty and almost 525 majors and pre-majors. About the PositionThe Engineering & Design Department maintains a vacancy pool of qualified persons interested in temporary teaching in Electrical and Computer Engineering. In anticipation of possible openings throughout the academic year and summer sessions, applications are accepted continuously for temporary, non-tenure track teaching positions on a part-time basis with occasional opportunities for temporary, full-time appointments. Positions may become available at any time and are typically filled on a quarterly basis.
