Job Title: Electrical Apprentice

Job Description

We are seeking electrical apprentices to perform wire management and module-to-module connections for the electrical portion of a self-perform solar project. Individuals will be installing conduit underground and above-ground wiring as well. They will also perform labor tasks such as shoveling and pulling wire.

This role offers opportunities for overtime (estimated 10-15 hours per week) and is within the #1 projected growth industry in the US. The company has substantial projected work in Virginia for 2025 and 2026.

Work Environment

Individuals will work outside at a solar project in Farnham, VA (65 MW) in a new construction environment. The workweek consists of 5 shifts, each lasting 10 hours, Monday through Friday, with a Saturday shift often utilized. The workday begins at 7 AM, including three breaks (morning, lunch, and afternoon). A safety talk will be conducted each morning before work begins. Appropriate work clothing for outdoor conditions is required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00
