Job Description:

Location: Naugatuck, Connecticut

CoWorx Staffing Services is currently looking for skilled Electrical Assemblers for a manufacturing company in Naugatuck, CT.

Responsibilities:

– The position requires training on the first shift; after completing the training, you will transition to the second shift.
– Perform repetitive bench or assembly tasks to produce, inspect, and test wire and cable harnesses or their subcomponents.
– Arrange harness components according to specified relationships.
– Handle components by bolting, clipping, screwing, cutting, trimming, crimping, bagging, kitting, braiding, potting, molding, packing, and other related tasks.
– Use visual inspection and measuring equipment to verify that harnesses and subcomponents conform to drawings.
– Conduct various tests to ensure harnesses and subcomponents meet specifications.
– Training will be provided when assigned to a new work center.

Desired Background/Skills:

– Must train on the first shift before transitioning to the second shift.
– At least 2 years of prior manufacturing experience required.
– High School Diploma or equivalent required.
– Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) is necessary.
– One year of electrical assembly or soldering experience can substitute for electrical assembly experience.
