**Now Hiring: Electrical Assembler** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Assembler to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both manual soldering and operating various assembly machines. This role involves assembling enclosures and electrical components with precision, adhering to strict quality assurance guidelines, and performing various other duties as assigned. **Responsibilities** + Assemble enclosures according to precise product specifications. + Work from detailed instructions and conform to strict quality assurance guidelines. + Assemble electrical components using hand and power tools. + Test electrical devices to ensure functionality and quality. + Operate selective soldering and wave soldering machines. + Perform manual soldering (rework) when necessary. + Operate SMD/THT machines. + Complete other duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Mechanical assembly experience. + Proficiency with hand and power tools. + Experience working in a production environment. + Ability to follow detailed work instructions. + Mechanical aptitude. + Electronic assembly skills. + Proficiency with soldering on circuit boards. **Shift** + Monday - Friday 7:15 AM - 3:45 PM shift; OT as needed **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
