Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Assembler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for electrical wiring, outfitting, fabrication, and troubleshooting. You will be working with hand and power tools, reading schematics and blueprints, and ensuring high standards of workmanship.
ResponsibilitiesPerform electrical wiring tasks including splicing, crimping, and routing.Install engines, panels, and fuel tanks.Use drills, saws, sanders, and other hand and power tools for fabrication.Identify and troubleshoot issues with engines, displays, and fluidics.Read and interpret schematics and blueprints.Essential SkillsExperience with a variety of hand and power tools.Experience in the construction, automotive, or marine industry.Ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.High standards and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.Excellent problem-solving skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience as a marine gas or diesel mechanic.Experience troubleshooting marine electrical systems.Experience operating forklifts and other material handling systems.Experience running boats.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
You will be working in a brand new, very clean, and open manufacturing site with designated areas for assembly, welding, and warehousing. The current team consists of 25 employees, and the company plans to grow to 100 by the end of the year. The work schedule is 1st shift: 5am-3:30pm Monday to Thursday, with optional overtime on Friday. There will be mandatory overtime on Fridays for 1-2 months until team expansion is complete.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00
