Electrical Assembler

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Assembler who can work both independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will handle tasks such as wire prep, crimping, tinning, quality control, trimming molds, labeling, and more. This role involves operating the cutting strip machine, labeling machine, and testing machine. Soldering experience is highly preferred, and candidates will be tested on their soldering skills during the interview process.

Work Environment

This position is in a production environment that manufactures wires. The company shares space with other companies but has been expanding its facility. The team currently consists of 8 people. Initial training is for two weeks from 8am-2:30pm with one paid 15-minute break and one unpaid 30-minute lunch. After training, the shift is from 8:30am-4:30pm with half-hour paid breaks and a half-hour unpaid lunch. This is a 2-3 week assignment to help manage an influx of orders, with the potential for extension based on experience and continued orders.
