Hiring: Electrical Assemblers

This role offers opportunities for cross-training in brazing, quality control, and function testing. The job provides security, especially during economic downturns, as the shop tends to get busier. Each project is custom and varies daily, ensuring a dynamic and engaging work environment. Performance-based pay increases are available. The shop is clean, well-organized, and provides a structured environment.

Work Environment

The work takes place in a large manufacturing building where units are built in teams of 3-4 people in a fast-paced, well-lit environment. The shop is clean, though the nature of the work may cause you to get dirty. There is no A/C, but fans are available to maintain airflow. Steel-toed shoes and long pants are required daily.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
