**Job Title: Assembler - Pays up to $25** **Job Description** We are seeking an Assembler to join our team. The role involves installing and mounting non-electrical and electrical interior/exterior components and hardware, assembling fabricated parts and components, and ensuring safety requirements and manufacturing quality standards are met. Additionally, you will be expected to read blueprints and engineering specifications, and clean and inspect products for quality standards. **Responsibilities** + Install and mount non-electrical and electrical interior/exterior components and hardware + Assemble fabricated parts, components, or other units at stations + Read blueprints and engineering specifications + Ensure safety requirements and manufacturing quality are met + Clean and inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards **Essential Skills** + Ability to read and use a tape measure to precise measurements + Ability to use common hand tools and power tools such as drills, screw guns, and caulk guns + Ability to work in a team environment + Ability to communicate professionally and follow directions **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Preferred 1-year experience in a manufacturing environment + Knowledge of blueprint reading + Experience with mechanical and electrical assembly + Familiarity with construction and general labor tasks + Experience with troubleshooting, repair, and schematic reading + Understanding of hydraulics and wiring **Why Work Here?** We offer comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits starting from day one. The facility has expanded multiple times and is larger on the inside than it appears from the outside. Team sizes can vary from 6-15 people. The role involves frequent bending, stooping, squatting, and climbing up and down ladders. You must be able to operate and understand the operation of all protective safety equipment in the area and lift up to 40 lbs. without assistance.
