**Job Title: Electrical Assembly (1st Shift)** **Job Description** Assist team in mechanical and electrical builds of customer products. Candidates must be able to read and understand wiring schematics and diagrams (point to point wiring). Experience with crimping, pulling, terminating, and installing electrical harnesses and sub-assemblies is required. **Hard Skills** + Reading and understanding wiring schematics and diagrams + Crimping, pulling, terminating, and installing electrical harnesses and sub-assemblies + Electrical and mechanical assembly + Panel wiring + Testing wiring and wiring harnesses using voltmeter and ohmmeter + Part replacement on tools **Soft Skills** + Ability to follow detailed written or verbal instructions + Problem-solving for routine questions and issues + Effective communication with teammates + Organizational skills to maintain a clean and orderly work area per 5S standards **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Memphis, Tennessee. **Work Environment** This role is working in a cell unit where employees will be mostly stationary around that unit the entire shift. The work involves wiring different sections of the unit per client specifications using point-to-point schematics. Employees will perform real-time testing to ensure accurate wiring. The environment is extremely clean and temperature-controlled. Electrical assembly area consists of 25 cell stations with large working areas, and teams of 5-7 technicians per work cell. Tools and materials are provided. Shift information: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with potential for extended hours and overtime. Employees must be open to working Saturdays as needed. The company does not exceed 58 hours per week and offers double time for Sundays worked when permanent.
