**Job Title: Electrical Assembly Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking an Electrical Assembly Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will complete general assembly of new electrical cabinets and fabrication tasks, read blueprints and schematics, work with PLCs and program logic functions, and follow industrial electrical wiring standards. The technician will also use hand and power tools to mount, assemble, and fabricate electrical enclosures and components, document configuration changes, and perform general tasks such as assembly, cleanup, disassembly, shipment packing, and facility maintenance. **Responsibilities** + Complete general assembly of new electrical cabinets and fabrication tasks under the direction of a supervisor + Read blueprints and schematics to understand technical requirements of assembly. + Work with PLCs and programmed logic functions related to industrial equipment. + Follow and use industrial electrical wiring standards. + Use hand tools and power tools for mounting, assembly, and simple fabrication and modification of electrical enclosures and components. + Document configuration changes for future assemblies. + Perform general tasks including assembly, cleanup, disassembly, shipment packing, and facility maintenance. + Demonstrate a moderate understanding of machine functionality, assembly, and repair. + Accomplish tasks efficiently and accurately, and communicate effectively with others in a team environment. **Essential Skills** + Ability to read blueprints and schematics. + Experience using hand tools and power tools. + Understanding of electrical and mechanical devices. + Working knowledge of PLCs and code. + Positive attitude and dependability. + Desire to learn and contribute in a team environment. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with fixed project deadlines. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Moderate understanding of machine functionality, assembly, and repair. **Why Work Here?** We offer competitive wages, a 401(k) company match, and 100% paid healthcare premiums (medical, dental, vision).
