Job Title: Electrical Automation Technician

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Automation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical automation systems in our facility. This role requires a strong understanding of PLC programming, electrical systems, and automation technologies.

Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical automation systemsProgram and configure PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers)Perform routine maintenance and inspections of automation equipmentDiagnose and repair electrical issues in automation systemsCollaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize automation processesEnsure compliance with safety standards and regulationsMaintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities

Essential Skills:

Proficiency in PLC programming and configurationStrong understanding of electrical systems and automation technologiesExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawingsKnowledge of safety standards and regulations

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

High school diploma/GED required; Associate’s degree or technical certification preferred3+ years of experience in electrical automation or a related fieldExperience with various automation software and toolsStrong communication and teamwork skills

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $45.00
