Our client, a leading Construction & Engineering contractor in Europe, delivering complex projects across various sectors that exceed client expectations, contribute to community development, and uphold the values of integrity, innovation, and excellence is now looking for a seasoned Electrical Construction Manager. As Electrical Construction Manager you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of electrical projects ensuring that all electrical aspects of the project are completed on time, within the budget, and to the required safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Generate comprehensive electrical project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets in coordination with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives and specifications are met.
Oversee & manage the electrical construction process, ensuring projects are completed according to design, schedule, and budget.
Manage electrical subcontractors and construction personnel monitoring project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion.
Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost estimation and allocation controlling expenses to stay within budget.
Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment including accuracy, quality, and compliance with electrical codes and standards.
Prepare accurate records/documentations of project activities, including daily logs, change orders, and incident reports including all the necessary permits and licences are obtained and kept up to date.
Manage the close out of all project items with the support of your project team.
Degree/qualifications in Construction Management or related field.
Proven years of experience in electrical construction management.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction methods, and industry best practices.
Effective verbal & written communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
