Job Title: Electrical Project Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a deep understanding of electrical systems and construction processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Coordination:

Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.Ensure all project requirements are clearly communicated to the project team and understood by all parties involved.

Project Execution and Monitoring:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of electrical projects, ensuring work is progressing as planned.Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.Identify potential issues or delays and implement corrective actions to keep the project on track.Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications.

Budget and Resource Management:

Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective solutions.Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.Optimize resource allocation and utilization to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.

Team Leadership and Development:

Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve team performance.

Client and Stakeholder Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.Prepare and present regular project status reports to clients and senior management.Maintain open and effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Compliance and Safety:

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, codes, and standards.Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect the health and well-being of all project personnel.Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes to ensure ongoing compliance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Proven experience as a Project Manager in the electrical contracting industry.Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $200000.00/hr.
