Job Description Day to Day: This role will oversee and maintain OT network and ICS automation & process control systems in North American manufacturing plants. Tasks include networking, VLAN, IP addressing, switch configuration, Siemens PCS7, WinCC, Rockwell ControlLogix, SLC, PLC5, FactoryTalk View, and AutoCAD. They will collaborate on capital projects with electrical or automation components, support data collection, Industry 4.0 migrations, OT networks, and cybersecurity initiatives. They will be responsible to ensure machine safety standards through risk assessments and compliance checks. Provide expertise to assist third-party control systems support. Develop and update 5-year equipment plans to address obsolescence. Stay updated on industry trends through continuous learning. Perform other duties as assigned. Travel up to 60% required. Skills and Requirements Must Haves: Degree in Electrical/Electronics Technology, Instrumentation Technology or Mechatronics Technology 5 to 8 years experience in consumer products controls work and plant support. Proficiency with Siemens PCS7 (WinCC, Simatic Batch, Route Control) and Rockwell PLCs and software. Knowledge of Industrial Control System Networks (Profinet, Ethernet IP, AS-I, IO Link).
