Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Design Engineer to lead the technical development and design of EV charging installations. In this role, you will ensure high-quality execution from concept to completion and coordinate with utility companies to manage power supply reliability for EV charging stations.
ResponsibilitiesReview electrical deliverables for compliance with national and local codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.Lead the technical development and design of EV charging installations, ensuring high-quality execution from concept to completion.Coordinate with utility companies to ensure power system reliability and manage the supply of power to EV charging stations.Essential SkillsExperience in Electric Vehicles (EV) and charging stations.Proficiency in electrical engineering and electrical design.Knowledge of AutoCAD and AutoCAD Electrical.Ability to create and review schematics and hardware designs.2+ years of experience in EV charging station design, including equipment and layout infrastructure.Additional Skills & QualificationsFamiliarity with national and local codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.Work Environment
This is an office-based role with working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM. The team is growing at a rate of 25% year-over-year. Employees enjoy 6 holidays and 5 PTO days annually.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
