Electrical Design Engineer (m/f/d)

What are your main responsibilities?• Development of electrical schematic design and components for the next generation of EV chargers• Use expertise to manage component selection to meet performance, quality and cost requirements• Development and evaluation of hardware system architecture• Simulation of printed circuit boards and systems during the design phase• Collaborate as a key member of an international engineering team to ensure the product is developed on-schedule and within budget while meeting all design and certification requirements• Create documentation (schematics, wire diagrams, BOMs) to support all aspects of manufacturing / assembly of charging stations ensuring manufacturability• Investigation of cases and providing of sustainable solutions for product care and implementation of design change

What do you need to qualify for this job?• Master’s degree in electrical engineering or related field with at least 3 years of experience in industrial product design and development• Experience in transforming prototypes into robust series-ready products• Knowledge of schematics and PCB design tools as e.g. Altium, circuit simulation experience is beneficial• Detail-oriented and able to embrace a culture of quality while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.• Strong English written and verbal skills
