Electrical Designer

Summary: Seeking an Electrical Designer with expertise in AutoCAD, controls design, and NEC knowledge for developing electrical systems and documentation.

Requirements:

Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical Experience in controls design Familiarity with NEC and UL guidelines Knowledge of motor controls (DC/AC) and blueprint interpretation

Preferred Skills:

Experience with overhead crane control systems Familiarity with VFDs

Responsibilities:

Develop drawings and documentation for projects Manage multiple projects with varying technologies and deadlines Assist in training control panel assembly technicians and apprentices Organize project components and maintain panel shop inventory Provide material lists to the purchasing manager per job requirements Complete schematic, wiring diagrams, panel layout diagrams, festoon/E-Chain designs, pendant assembly diagrams, runway conductor reviews, and as-built drawings

Pay Details: $29.00 to $39.00 per hour
