Job Title: Electrical Drafter
Location: New Berlin, WI
Job Description
We are seeking two experienced Electrical Drafters proficient in AutoCAD Electrical 2024 for our New Berlin facility. This position reports to the Electrical Engineering Supervisor and requires candidates to work on-site. The role involves making electrical changes and updates rather than design work.
Responsibilities
+ Update and modify electrical schematics using AutoCAD Electrical 2024.
+ Collaborate with the electrical engineering team on various projects.
+ Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
+ Work on multiple designs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Skills
+ Minimum 3 years of experience updating electrical schematics.
+ Minimum 3 years of experience with AutoCAD Electrical 2024.
+ Proficiency with Siemens PLC, HMI, VFD, Allen-Bradley, and ladder logic.
+ Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ ASEE degree preferred.
+ Experience with commissioning and controls engineering.
+ Knowledge of Rockwell and electrical engineering.
Work Environment
The work environment includes a mix of mechanical and electrical engineers, focusing on electrical engineering. The role involves working with nuclear and government-regulated projects, ensuring a very fast-paced atmosphere. There is no travel required for this position. The team values great work stability, especially with increasing business in the nuclear sector and new contracts.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $57.69/hr.
