Job Title: Drafter / DesignerJob Description
+ Provide reliable, timely, and professional support to our talented team.
+ As an Electrical AutoCAD Drafter, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate project drawings and files to ensure success during field installation.
+ You will need to exercise independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
+ Provide AutoCAD Drafting support to our preconstruction department for all design/build projects.
+ Collaborate with the Foreman/Project Managers to update as-built/record drawings utilizing CAD software.
+ Create data points for field layout using the Trimble Field Link software for our Robotic Total Stations layout tool.
+ Maintain project files and client FTP sites (e.g., Procore).
+ Support the Operations department with administrative tasks.
Essential Skills
+ Experienced in AutoCAD.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Strong interpersonal skills.
+ Detail-oriented.
+ Ability to multitask.
+ Strong time-management skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in Autodesk preferred.
+ Understanding of 3D Modeling (BIM).
+ Experience using electrical engineering software preferred.
Work Environment
+ You will be working in a construction environment, primarily based in the office, which maintains a professional setting.
+ Occasional site meetings may be required
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00
