Job Description:

Conduct engineering calculations, load calculations, equipment selection, energy analysis, psychrometric, controls, fixture loading, pressure loss, ducts sizing, writing specifications, etc. Effectively manage time and budget to meet project deliverables and schedules. Ability to utilize AutoCAD & Revit to complete drawingsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCalculate power and lighting loads for new and existing building systems.Review local and national codes and perform code analyses.Design and life safety (fire alarm) systemsSelect and design layout of electrical equipment such as switchgear, transformers, electrical panels emergency generators UPS systems, and power distribution systems.

Qualifications:

Data Center/ Commercial project experience Revit ExperienceLEED accreditation and Green Building initiatives preferred.Mission Critical experience is preferred. Commissioning experience is a plus.E.I.T or PE

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $55.00/hr.
