Job Description
We are seeking an Electrical Engineer for our telecommunications firm. Our focus is fiber to the home projects, and we are eager to find a dedicated professional to join our team. Your responsibilities will include coordinating design activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and client requirements, designing transmission networks and switching systems, and managing IPTV networks using the latest industry protocols. You will also be expected to write technical specifications, understand and complete RUS Forms and Contracts, and prepare clear, concise reports and studies that meet client requirements. In addition, you will need to effectively communicate with management, coworkers, customers, and large groups. This role also involves influencing new business for engineering and other departments and identifying and recommending quality telecommunication products.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Blair, Nebraska.
Work Environment
This role is based in a professional office environment. We offer excellent benefits, a competitive salary, and great potential for growth. This role also includes a lot of autonomy. Meetings with clients are conducted on-site or via Teams. The role involves 25% travel. You will be working under Everett, our Telecom Engineer, who will train you until his departure from the workforce. We are open to hybrid or remote work for candidates based in IA, NE, or South Dakota.
