WHEN YOU JOIN US YOU WILL BE;
Promoting and maintaining IKO safety goals and ensure a safe work environment for all employees. Leads safety and housekeeping efforts and corrective actions within department, assigned projects, and areas with goal of zero incidents. Exemplifies safety in all actions and leads by example.
Designing electrical systems, including power distribution, control panels, wiring, and instrumentation, to support processes.
Designing, developing, and fine tune PID Control algorithms for complex electrical systems.
Creating electrical schematics, diagrams, and layouts using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
Specifying components, material, and equipment required for electrical systems.
Integrating electrical systems with manufacturing equipment and machinery.
Collaborating with mechanical engineers and technicians to ensure seamless integration of electrical and mechanical components.
Ensuring equipment meets safety and regulatory standards.
Developing and implement automation solutions, such as programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems, to improve manufacturing efficiency and productivity.
Programing and troubleshoot control systems for automated processes.

Knowledge of industry standards, electrical codes, regulations, and safety protocols
Proficiency in CAD software, engineering analysis tools, and simulation software.
Proficiency in electrical design software, PLC programming, and SCADA systems.
A Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or related field and at least six (6) years’ experience in a manufacturing facility.
