Job Title: Electrical Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will conduct engineering calculations, load calculations, equipment selection, energy analysis, psychrometric analysis, controls, fixture loading, pressure loss calculations, duct sizing, and specification writing. You will manage time and budget effectively to meet project deliverables and schedules. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit to complete drawings is essential. Responsibilities include calculating power and lighting loads for new and existing building systems, reviewing local and national codes, performing code analyses, and designing life safety (fire alarm) systems. You will also select and design the layout of electrical equipment such as switchgear, transformers, electrical panels, emergency generators, UPS systems, and power distribution systems.

This is a fully on-site position in New York, New York.

Work Environment

Office 4 days a week, remote on Fridays. Team includes 2 architects, 6 engineers, principals, and admin staff, totaling about 15-20 members.
