An established civil and environmental engineering and surveying firm is looking to add an Electrical Engineer to their team! Job Description: + Developing the basis of design, coordination of electrical elements in support of process design + Directing the design team for preparation of drawings and specifications, as well as support of construction phase services + Provide electrical engineering support consistent with the long term goal of supporting ASME services for a broader range of projects + Provide support on a wide range of infrastructure projects serving municipal projects (water and waste water treatment facilities, including physical buildings) Qualifications: + BS in Electrical Engineering + Must be accredited in the United States + Expertise with low and medium voltage industrial distribution + EIT Certification required, PE preferred + 5+ years of post-graduate experience working within building systems within US standard + Post-graduate experience does not include internship experience + Expertise in preparation and review of electrical schematic diagrams, wiring diagrams, P&IDs, and single line drawings + Experience in providing support for project construction on-site testing, system startup and troubleshooting + Experience in the preparation of procurement specifications for electrical distributions and controls equipment + Firm working knowledge of the National Electric Code (NFPA 70) including Article 500-Hazardous (Classified) Locatio + Must be immeditately local- this role is onsite/in office About Actalent Actalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
