Description:
Process documentation (Procedures, Process Maps, Job Aids, etc.)Efforts in QA Reporting (Management Review, Quality Alerts, test records, 8D-Reports, etc.)Supporting responsible departments in fulfilling QA requirements (by participating in supplier evaluation, audits, etc.)Overseeing the inspection activities of the Kanban Production Line.Owning the process for managing and evaluation of nonconforming material (MRB, DMR, OOBF, etc.)Devising and implementing methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and production equipmentInitiating and supporting root cause analysis of high priority returned items, Out-Of-Box-Failures, corporate initiatives, etc.Skills:
Troubleshooting of electro-mechanical products/devicesExperience creating/ involved with AuditsWorking knowledge of a manufacturing environmentExperience working in ISO StandardsHands-on experience leading Continuous Improvement projectsLeading Root Cause Analysis Reports and Analysis projectsAdditional Skills & Qualifications:
