Job Title: Electrical EngineerJob Description We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team in Chantilly, VA. The candidate will be responsible for working with the electrical team to design power/control systems, schematic design, and lighting design for commercial and government buildings. The role also involves troubleshooting electrical systems and products at the request of end clients, as well as supporting the implementation, testing, and commissioning of various electrical power projects. The successful candidate will be part of the Specialized Design Group, which focuses on addressing the complex and specialized infrastructure requirements of confidential clientele and mission-critical markets. Responsibilities + Design power/control systems, schematic design, and lighting design for commercial and government buildings. + Troubleshoot electrical systems and products based on client requests. + Support the implementation, testing, and commissioning of electrical power projects. + Contribute to the success of mission-critical markets as part of the Specialized Design Group. Essential Skills + Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering. + 2+ years of experience in the US. + Proficiency in AutoCAD. + Understanding of US building codes and NEC codes. + Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance; Active Clearance preferred but not required. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in MEP, electrical design, power design, and lighting design. + Knowledge of Revit and low voltage systems. + EIT or PE certification is a plus, with incentives for obtaining these certifications.
