Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical design, project management, and a passion for innovation. Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement electrical systems and components for various projects.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical and software engineers, to ensure integrated solutions.Lead and mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support on technical challenges.Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion of engineering tasks.Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for proposed projects.Troubleshoot and resolve electrical system issues in a timely manner.Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.5+ years of experience in electrical engineeringStrong knowledge of electrical design software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, PSpice).Proven experience in project management and leadership roles.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Professional Engineering (PE) license is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $115000.00 - $135000.00
