Job Title: Electrical Engineer
Job Description

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer with 5-10 years of experience in MEP. You will be responsible for performing all levels of electrical design, including the design of complex electrical systems in accordance with current code requirements and sound engineering principles. Additionally, you will perform lighting load calculations and prepare projects for review. This role involves occasional site visits to assess existing conditions and is primarily design-focused rather than client-facing. The projects range from K-12, libraries, to state, federal, and local government projects.

This position requires in-office work five days a week in Easton, MD. We work core hours but can accommodate pick-up and drop-off times for employees with children. The company has a family-first mindset, offers an ESOP, great upper management, and ample opportunities for upward mobility.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $39.90 - $46.15
