Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will function as a Project Lead Technical Engineer and/or Project Manager, overseeing electrical design scope and coordinating with other disciplines. This role involves acting as a liaison between clients and the company, developing electrical staff, and ensuring all procedures adhere to company standards.
ResponsibilitiesFunction as Project Lead Technical Engineer and/or Project Manager on assignments with electrical design scope and other disciplines.Identify needed project resources and work with Corporate Discipline Leads to assign team members.Act as client/company liaison, keeping both parties informed of project status.Assist with the development of electrical staff.Supervise the work of other staff when assigned.Consult and coordinate with senior management members at regularly scheduled meetings to review the status of active and future projects.Ensure coordinated design on projects with Electrical and other disciplines.Ensure all procedures and steps are in accordance with company standards.Create and review electrical drawings and technical specifications.Contribute to the estimation of projects, planning, and construction feasibility.Provide advisory information during the construction phase.Perform site surveys and contribute to engineering studies.Attend and contribute to office, client, and project meetings.Monitor project production and schedules to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.Ensure the quality of the work produced maintains company and industry standards.Perform engineering studies.Perform technical and coordination check-review of project documentation and drawings.Follow up on issues with design and production staff to resolve problems and concerns.Essential SkillsElectrical engineeringProfessional Engineer (PE) certificationProficiency in RevitProficiency in AutoCADProject management skillsAdditional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Electrical EngineeringPE certification requiredWork Environment
The office is located in Braintree, MA. The team works in the office from Monday to Thursday and until 2:30 PM on Fridays.

The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $180000.00
