Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Carry out electronics design under the guidance of senior members of the design team. Use PADS PCB software to generate schematics and PCB layouts. Bring up and troubleshoot circuit boards to ensure proper functionality. Collaborate with mechanical, optical, and testing team members on assembly automation projects. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of designs, processes, and test results. Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to improve overall design quality. Assist in the development and implementation of testing procedures for electronic components. Stay updated with the latest advancements in electronics design.Education & Experience
BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or related technical fields. 1-2 years of related experience is preferred.Skills
Solid foundation in analog and digital circuit design. Very familiar with PADS software. Ability to work with little supervision and manage assigned tasks effectively. Ability to learn and apply new technologies and tools to develop innovative solutions. Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills.Working Conditions
Good office working conditions. Occasionally required to work in a Class 10000 clean-room environment, wearing smock with mask and gloves. This is a full time On-site RolePhysical Requirements
Able to move light equipment and tooling (<25lbs) as needed when setting up test benches.
Safety Requirements
All employees are required to attend scheduled trainings, follow site EHS procedures and Corporate EHS standards. This includes the use of proper protective equipment (PPE) as required by the job responsibilities.
Managers will ensure that all safety and environmental procedures are followed consistently. They will ensure that risk assessments are performed, proper training, work instructions, required PPE is available, and will monitor compliance.

Depending on location, this position may be responsible for the execution and maintenance of the ISO 9000, 9001, 14001 and/or other applicable standards that may apply to the relevant roles and responsibilities within the Quality Management System and Environmental Management System.
