Job Description:

As an Electrical Engineer, you will work under the guidance of a senior engineer to provide technical design and construction documents for commercial building power, lighting and special systems.Close coordination and collaboration with different design members within the company as well as architects, owners, and facilities staff outside the company.Assist in the initial concept planning and review of system options.Perform power and lighting load calculations using applicable computer software.Perform selective coordination, short circuit, and arc flash calculations using SKM software.Work closely with equipment vendors and manufacturers' representatives for selection and specification of appropriate equipment.Create highly coordinated construction documents using 3D Revit MEP.Construction administration responsibilities including submittal reviews, construction inspections and field troubleshooting.Participate in weekly internal department meetings to help establish company standards, training design guides, and learn from your peers in a proven educational format.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (preferred).Proven track record of success in sales, specifically within the building controls or HVAC industry.Strong technical knowledge of building control systems and HVAC solutions.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.Ability to travel as needed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $95000.00
