My client is looking for a Technical Lead to join their Electrical Engineering team. Well rounded in EE Principles, they are working specific to computers. If they haven’t designed the types of boards they have, that’s ok they really need the technical lead, hold design reviews, review new designs, answer questions, troubleshoot and problem solve, talk to customer, be that rep and problem solve. They would hope to have someone understand the work but not specialized (work is high speed board design) so can work through customers and team and have sophisticated conversations – strong in fundamentals. Portion of individual contributor – high speed board oversight / electrical engineer lead – come to knows the fundamental, look and do and be resourceful to answer questions. Taking on complex project (power electronics, power supply, board design) Top Skills: + Electrical Engineering Fundamentals + Technical Leadership experience Additional Information: + They typically workin in High Speed Board Design (10G ethernet, USb3, USb4, display port, DVI, PCiE gen 4 gen 5) – signals, interfaces, and buses that equate to high speed + There team currently utilizing Altium package – open to cadence, eagle, etc. + Plus is someone has Aerospace and Defense standards.
