岗位职责：

•负责在新设线体、产品换型、工艺流程变更等情况下，开发或升级机器人程序。

•负责机器人定期原点校正、点位动态补偿、自动姿态校正等程序开发。

•负责机器人与其它设备（集控柜、滴漆、涂覆、注塑机、线体等）信息交互。

•负责电气图纸设计和输出。

•负责机器人选型、请购、故障排除、维修等。

•负责编写操作说明、调试说明书，培训机器人安全操作和基础编程。

岗位要求：

•熟练掌握KUKA、电装、ABB等机器人应用、程序开发等技能，5年以上相关经验。
•熟练使用AutoCAD绘制电气原理图、布局图及接线图。
•熟练使用S7-1200、S7-1500系列PLC，熟悉Modbus 、TCP、Profinet等通信协议
