Work Flexibility: Hybrid or OnsiteWhat You will do:Work on electrical projects for product engineering.Continuously work on the analysis and electrical design of the PCBAs. Address life cycle risks to ensure continued production of products.Perform necessary technical analysis Simulations on P spice, LT Spice, create technical review documents, update design files in OrCAD, PADs print and perform technical review with team.Review and document the component design, compliance, and reliability requirements.Drive Failure analysis for components and associated corrective actions, using internal and external resources across global supply chain.Create test plans and perform (or support test lab) necessary testing to validate change.Conduct or design prototyping and bench testing.Conduct problem solving, identify potential solutions, and evaluate them against component and sub-system requirements.Conduct research and studies to support product design.Translate design inputs to engineering specifications and produce component and sub-system level designs.Monitor lifecycle of components, including obsolescence, end-of-life (EOL) notifications, and replacement strategies, design documents update, executes change orders(ECR/ECO/MCO).Ensure all components comply with environmental regulations, such as RoHS, REACH, and other relevant standards.Provide technical support to resolve component-related issues during design, manufacturingWhat You Need:Bachelor degree(Masters preferred) in EE or related discipline from reputed institute & 2-5 years of work experienceWorking knowledge of electrical design process, electrical components, and manufacturing methods.Ability to interpret, analyze, and test electrical designs.Proficiency with design and concept generation CAD, CAE, or simulation tools.Creating multi-layer PCBs an advantageExpertise in the following tools/areas:Analog & digital circuitsPCB design using OrCAD and/or Altium and/or Allegro (or similar)Circuit simulation tools (LTSpice, PSpice or similar)Designing high-power and high-frequency circuits with low EMI emissionsTroubleshooting circuits using measurement toolsHands-on experience with soldering/desoldering electronic circuitsIdentify, evaluate, and select electronic components that meet design requirements, required specifications and standards.Understanding of controlled impedance trace routing techniquesAbility to perform Design For Manufacturability (DFM)Experience with FPGA systems and embedded systems Embedded coding experience for analog to digital interfaces Experience in working with in OrCAD Schematic capture, Allegro, PADs, Silicon Expert etc.Experience in performing design simulations using PSpice, LT Spice, SI analysis tools.Experience in medical device and design for EMI/EMC. Knowledge on medical EE design standards will be a big plus.Familiar with Industry standards JEDEC, IPC, IEC standards.Ability to interact with Cross functional team (electrical, mechanical and software) and external partners and suppliers to define and implement reliability activities and corrective actions.Travel Percentage: 10%
