We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated **Electrical/Electronics Engineer** to join our talented team. In this role, you'll play a critical part in shaping the electronic landscape of tomorrow. This position is contingent upon award news Spring of 2025. Key Responsibilities: + Research and develop innovative electronic systems and components, including but not limited to navigation equipment, communication devices, and analog and digital computers. + Design and modify electronic circuitry and components to improve performance and integration. + Evaluate systems and equipment by conducting rigorous experimental tests and assessing results. + Develop technical specifications and select appropriate components and equipment based on performance analysis and project requirements. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies. + Review potential vendors and suppliers to ensure their capabilities meet the demands of our development projects. + Provide technical leadership and support to junior engineers and team members. + Stay abreast of advancements in electronic engineering and navigation systems enabling the introduction of innovative approaches to product and system development. What You Can Expect: + A culture of innovation, where your ideas and contributions are valued and make an impact. + Hands-on experience with state-of-the-art technology and field-testing opportunities. + A supportive environment that fosters professional growth and development. + Competitive salary and benefits package. **Qualifications** **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree and 2 years professional experience required; relevant navigation academic projects or internships are beneficial. + Proven experience in researching, designing, developing, and testing electrical components supporting DOD navigation equipment and systems. + Demonstrated understanding of navigation system trade-offs and design, participating in customer design proposals, reviewing feasibility studies and overall operational performance requirements, and evaluating hardware/software integration. + Proficiency with electronic design tools, simulation software, and instrumentation such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, etc. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Demonstrated communication and teamwork abilities. + Must possess or be able to obtain Secret clearance.
