The environment is supportive, fostering growth and skill expansion in the field of project management. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $100000.00/yr. They will have a 10% bonus that is dependent on company and self performance, and that could end up paying out at 200% if the company performs well. They will also have profit sharing anywhwere from 0-7% based on company performance. They will get 3 weeks of PTO and it will not accue so they get that right away. 11 paid holidays, PPO health plan which is extremly afforadableno attendance policy Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Eau Claire,WI.
