You will work in a collaborative team of 6 engineers alongside a group of programmers, focusing on project management and execution. The environment is supportive, fostering growth and skill expansion in the field of project management.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $100000.00/yr.

They will have a 10% bonus that is dependent on company and self performance, and that could end up paying out at 200% if the company performs well. They will also have profit sharing anywhwere from 0-7% based on company performance. They will get 3 weeks of PTO and it will not accue so they get that right away. 11 paid holidays, PPO health plan which is extremly afforadable
no attendance policy
